Unexpected turn, but happy end

A few hours before our trip with kohlife, we received a call saying something went wrong with our booking we made the previous day. They asked us if a place on the next ride was ok, but unfortunately we had a plane to catch at our destination. Within 10 minutes we received another call with the message that a taxi would pick us up and drive us straight to the airport. The taxi (private classy minivan) arrived and dropped us off with even time to spare. Thanks guys!
